Are you a CPA-designated Assurance Manager passionate about purpose-driven work? We're a growing public practice firm seeking someone with ASPE and ASNPO experience to lead assurance engagements for not-for-profit and charity clients.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead audits and reviews for NPOs and charities

✅ Mentor and train audit teams

✅ Support clients with CRA and regulatory compliance

✅ Build strong, long-term client relationships

✅ Contribute to technical updates and practice growth

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Canadian CPA (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA)

✔️ 4+ years in public practice (at least 6 months as Manager)

✔️ Hands-on experience with ASPE and ASNPO

✔️ Strong communication and client service skills

✔️ Passion for the not-for-profit sector

✔️ Experience at a small to mid-sized, regional, or Big 4 firm
