Volunteer Opportunity – Marketing, Web, and Admin Support for Women’s Health Nonprofit (Remote)

Are you passionate about women’s health, social impact, and using your skills to make a difference?

Sheen for She is a women-led nonprofit dedicated to creating safe, stigma-free online spaces where women can ask questions about their health, access expert-led programs, and connect with trusted information.

We are looking for committed volunteers to support us with marketing, web development, and administrative tasks as we relaunch our digital platform and programs.

You can apply for one or more of the following roles:

1. Marketing & Social Media Volunteer

Help us grow our online presence and spread the word about our programs and impact.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, email)
• Design simple graphics or reels (Canva or CapCut)
• Support awareness and donor campaigns
• Assist with storytelling and community engagement

2. Web & Tech Volunteer

Help us set up and maintain the digital tools that power our work.

Responsibilities

• Build or update our website (Squarespace, WordPress, or Webflow)
• Integrate donation forms, email signups, or program booking tools
• Assist with setting up basic automation (e.g., Mailchimp, Calendly)
• Troubleshoot simple tech issues for online events

3. Admin & Operations Volunteer

Support the day-to-day organization behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Manage email inbox, scheduling, and basic task tracking
• Help track attendance and participant feedback
• Assist with donor thank-yous and follow-ups
• Maintain shared documents, files, and templates
