Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Graphic & UX/UI Designer to join our team and bring fundraising campaigns to life.

This role involves designing stunning social media graphics, digital ads, and email assets that stop the scroll.

You'll collaborate with a team that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design captivating visual content for social media, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging landing pages to maximize conversions.
• Elevate branding consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with our team to develop creative solutions.
• Maintain website updates to improve user experience and create memorable donor interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic & web design (freelance, agency, or nonprofit world).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva Pro, and Figma.
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or other website builders.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• A passion for design that drives people to act and donate.
• A self-starter who can take initiative and ask questions when needed.
