Non-Profit Leader

The Executive Director is responsible for driving The Wave Youth Center's growth and success. This includes developing and implementing a strategic plan, managing programs, and fostering community partnerships.
A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, board members, and volunteers. They will also be skilled in budget planning, fundraising, and grant writing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to The Wave Youth Center's staff and board members.
- Program Development: Design and implement programs that meet the needs of local youth.
- Fundraising: Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support The Wave Youth Center's mission.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
