Salesforce Implementation Specialist for Nonprofits

At Passion Fruit Partners, we're looking for a seasoned Salesforce implementation specialist to lead our nonprofit clients' digital transformation journeys. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing Salesforce projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless implementations that meet our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations
• Transform business requirements into technical designs, documenting process flows and facilitating stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to the growth of our practice through thought leadership and expertise sharing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Salesforce.com Admin Certification required; Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred
• 2+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Past experience working with nonprofit organizations, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities
• Strong time management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
