The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Enabling Services Officer to play a pivotal role in its mission to rebuild and renew. The successful candidate will be a financial and operational leader, responsible for leading the finance, people and culture, legal, and corporate services functions. This role is not just about managing numbers and systems; it is about building trust, stability, and the possibility for long-term growth. The CFO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team, helping to align fiscal discipline with mission priorities and ensuring that every decision made supports the young people and volunteers at the heart of the organization.
