Cleaning Crew at Non Profit Dog Shelter

**About us**

No Dogs Left Behind is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) incorporated non-profit animal welfare organization based in New York City, that operates a safehouse in Canada. Our mission is to save dogs from the year-round meat trade in East Asia that claims the lives of 30 million dogs annually where they are slaughtered for consumption. We give them necessary medical care, rehabilitate them and give them sanctuary in our 2 shelters in China until we can transport them to Canada. We recently established a new sanctuary in Scarborough, Ontario, located just north of The Toronto Zoo to house our beautiful survivors until they are fostered or adopted.

We are seeking full-time kennel cleaning staff to:

- Cleaning kennels, outside parks, inside facility

- Maintaining and organizing supplies

- Maintaining sanitation protocols and cleaning the facility

- Must be comfortable around all kinds of dogs big/small

This position is for 5 days per week, including weekends from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Times and days may change. To be discussed.

Works well with others and can communicate easily.

Loves animals and has a strong work ethic.

MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION - THIS LOCATION IS NOT ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

- Maintaining and organizing supplies

- Maintaining sanitation protocols and cleaning the facility

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

- 8 hour shift

- Day shift

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
