Position: Coordinator, Monthly Giving

Position Summary
The National Marketing and Development team at Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) seeks a full-time Coordinator, Monthly Giving, for a 12-month contract. This role will support strategic fundraising goals and continue the growth of the monthly giving program. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Monthly Giving and Supporter Services, this role will coordinate, execute, and monitor all monthly giving campaigns at NCC across all channels.
This includes face-to-face fundraising, telemarketing, direct mail, digital, and other campaigns, along with ensuring the effective stewardship and cultivation of NCC monthly donors.
The successful candidate will work closely and collaborate with members of NCC’s Marketing & Development team. Externally, they will manage multiple vendors to ensure campaigns deploy on time and on budget, ensuring quality, volume and income targets are met. The position requires a professional individual with previous experience in coordinating direct response, digital, multi-channel and/or monthly giving fundraising programs, and demonstrated experience working with data files.

Key Responsibilities
Monthly giving campaigns’ execution
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Face-to-Face acquisition campaign with vendors.
- Work with Telemarketing vendors, digital partners, printing houses, and any other vendors to ensure effective execution of various monthly giving campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate creative materials and content for all campaigns, and ensure high quality donor experience.
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders and vendors on all data file exchanges to support campaigns’ execution.
Campaign reporting, data analysis and budget
- Track Monthly Giving campaign results against targets and reconcile weekly vendor reports.
- Build campaign post-mortems and recommend program changes as required.
- Prepare various reports, including Face-to-Face quarterly reports to regional teams
- Work with vendors to support donor data related processes.
- Participate in planning and strategy sessions for Monthly Giving campaigns, provide input on best practices and tactics.
Administration
- Manage Monthly Giving collateral to ensure those are kept up to date.
- Prepare files and send Monthly Donor stewardship letters to the fulfillment house on a regular basis.
- Process vendors’ invoices and reconcile expenses monthly with financial reports.
- Manage the annual receipting schedule for monthly donors.
- Reorganize the Monthly Giving documentation library.
Monthly donor journey
- Implement and monitor the new monthly donor onboarding journeys.
- Stay current with research and fundraising trends.
- Review and enhance Monthly Giving processes and procedures to maintain high retention rates, assess and recommend opportunities to improve campaign processes and reduce costs.
