Application System Analyst

LifeSource is a nonprofit organization that relies on the generosity of donors and volunteers to help those in need. As an Application Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Information Technology (IT) team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT software application configuration and/or application development, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. They will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, prioritizing and coordinating updates and changes to the system, and troubleshooting problems with end users.

In this role, you will also be responsible for understanding system configuration set ups and executing changes as needed/requested, following technical change management protocols. Additionally, you will support operational data/report requests and participate in validation and testing sessions.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is able to work effectively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking, analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to present and communicate findings to management or other stakeholders.
