The Role

We are seeking a senior-level marketing and communications professional to join our team as Director, Marketing and Communications. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that drives engagement and support for our organization's mission and goals.

About the Team
">
You will lead a team of four experienced professionals who specialize in fundraising communications, digital marketing, and social media. Together, you will work closely with our Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across departments.

Your Responsibilities
">
As Director, Marketing and Communications, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our organization's brand and messaging; ">
- Liaising with the Vice President to develop the annual marketing and communications plan; ">
- Overseeing the planning, project management, and successful delivery of marketing communications programs; ">
- Building a strong brand voice and positioning Mackenzie Health Foundation as a charity of choice in the community; ">
- Ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of content by your team; and ">
- Managing external vendor relationships, including marketing agencies. ">

About You
">
We are looking for a results-driven marketing and communications leader with a strong background in developing strategic plans and managing teams. You will have a proven track record of success in marketing and communications, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving engagement. Your ability to coach and develop your team members, while fostering a collaborative culture based on trust, respect, and fun, will make you an ideal fit for our organization.
