Living Stones Foundation is seeking a Director of International Partnerships to design and lead a global alliance strategy that connects our transformative projects in digital innovation, volunteer management, and data-driven social impact with international stakeholders in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and beyond.

Role: Director of International Partnerships (Volunteer)

We are looking for a visionary leader who will build, expand, and sustain international alliances that strengthen the mission of Living Stones Foundation. This role will focus on creating high-level collaborations that enable funding opportunities, knowledge exchange, and global visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with nonprofits, universities, corporations, and government agencies.
  • Develop cross-border initiatives that align with our programs in digital transformation, volunteer management, and social innovation.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in North America, Latin America, and other regions.

International Representation & Advocacy

  • Represent Living Stones Foundation in international forums, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Strengthen the Foundation’s profile as a leader in AI-driven nonprofit transformation and global collaboration.
  • Serve as liaison with international donors, grantmakers, and institutional partners.

Innovation & Collaboration

  • Support integration of data science, machine learning, and digital platforms in partnership projects.
  • Work with the Innovation and Marketing teams to co-design joint campaigns and cross-sector initiatives.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and capacity-building opportunities across borders.

Growth & Sustainability

  • Expand funding pipelines through partnerships with international foundations, agencies, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards of governance, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Develop replicable models of international partnership frameworks for other nonprofits.

Requirements

  • Background in International Relations, Business Development, Nonprofit Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in building and managing partnerships, international cooperation, or strategic alliances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at executive and institutional levels.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Preferred

  • Experience in digital transformation projects, data science, machine learning, or AI applications.
  • Knowledge of international development, nonprofit governance, or cross-border collaboration frameworks.
  • Existing network within universities, NGOs, development agencies, or social enterprises.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Trello, CRM platforms, and donor management systems.

  • Commitment: Flexible (minimum 15 hours/week)
