Position Overview As a valued member of the arenaflex team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This is a remote work opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home and contribute to a team that is dedicated to creating positive change. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, providing critical support to our program staff, and contributing to the overall success of our energy services initiatives. Key Responsibilities Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Perform related work as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Strong data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with program staff and other stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in arenaflex Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Experience working in a non-profit organization or human services agency. Knowledge of energy services programs and initiatives. Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools. Certification in data entry or a related field.
