TELEPHONE FUNDRAISER Are you looking to work in the non-profit sector with opportunities for advancement? We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time telephone fundraising specialists that are looking for a fulfilling and challenging role. Fundraising Direct is a marketing and fundraising agency based in Montreal. Ideally you would have 1+ year of call center, sales, or face-to-face fundraising experience, although this is not required. We are looking for dynamic and motivated fundraisers to join our team. SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY Full-time Must be available to work 33 hours per week for full time. Core shifts are Monday-Friday, 1:30-5:00 pm / 5:30-9:00 pm(except Friday evening) 50% of shifts must be scheduled during evenings. Part-time: Must be available to work 21 hours per week for part time. Core shifts are Monday-Friday, 1:30-5:00 pm / 5:30-9:00 pm (except Friday evening) 50% of shifts must be scheduled during evenings TECHNOLOGY REQUIRED Candidates must have their own personal laptop or PC equipped with Windows 10 or 11, access to high-speed internet, and a wired headset with a USB connection and a microphone. Internet speeds must be 40+mbps download, 20+mbps upload, and less than 20 ping. You can visit speedtest.net to check your speeds.
