• Driving the Compensation module strategy
• Providing expertise across the Workday Suite, leveraging your experience in stabilization and configuration

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in Workday Compensation, with at least 4 years of configuration experience
• Demonstrated success in Workday system stabilization
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
