About the Role
Focused on delivering exceptional results, we are seeking a seasoned Workday Compensation expert to lead our global non-profit client's Workday team. This is an exciting opportunity to navigate stabilization and drive future growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the Compensation module strategy
- Providing expertise across the Workday Suite, leveraging your experience in stabilization and configuration
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Workday Compensation, with at least 4 years of configuration experience
- Demonstrated success in Workday system stabilization
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
