ORGANIZATION

Based in Toronto, Endeavour Volunteer Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity, 100%

volunteer-led that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community

impact for non-profits that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.

Endeavour has two consulting engagement rounds during the year, in the fall and in the spring. For each

round, Endeavour will recruit and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need

of pro bono consulting.

Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than 1000 volunteers on over 134 projects, delivering more

than $8 million in pro bono consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada.

Endeavour’s partnerships with leading corporations in Canada offer pro bono and skills-based

volunteering opportunities that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership

development, talent retention and corporate responsibility goals.

Make your mark on a growing nonprofit shaping the future of pro bono consulting in Canada. As Manager,

Strategic Initiatives, you will be at the heart of transformative projects that support Endeavour’s strategic

goals. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you will help bring bold ideas to life and ensure

our internal initiatives deliver real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Definition & Planning

â— Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives that advance Endeavour’s

strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.

â— Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects key to the progress of Endeavour’s strategic objectives

â— Collaborate with teams across Endeavour to ensure effective execution of Endeavour’s prioritized

special projects.

â— Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, timelines, and status updates.

â— Communicate execution progress and outcomes to leadership

â— Participate in regular division meetings and broader Endeavour initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

â— Endeavour volunteer experience strongly preferred

â— Previous experience in project management strongly preferred.

â— Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication and presentation skills

â— Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams

â— Strong initiative and results-oriented

â— Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment

â— Minimum two year commitment
