Nourish Outreach is a grassroots charity based in Canada with a mission to transform surplus resources into impactful initiatives — empowering underserved communities, mentoring youth, and promoting equity through sustainable programs.

We believe in the power of food, education, and collaboration to nourish both individuals and entire communities.

We are currently seeking a Volunteer Board Director to join our dynamic team and contribute to the strategic direction and governance of our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community building, values-driven leadership, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in quarterly board meetings
• Champion the charity’s development and strategic growth
• Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance on programs and initiatives
• Uphold transparency, accountability, and strong governance practices
• Collaborate with fellow board members to support fundraising and outreach efforts

Time Commitment:Approximately 3–5 hours per month. This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
