About The Role

About The Role
- Grow and strengthen Convo's Access presence in Canada, ensuring partners adopt and integrate our solutions effectively. This role translates Convo's global Access proposition into the Canadian context, driving both partner success and user impact.
- Own partner sales and relationship management for Access in Canada.
- Deliver tailored solutions to Canadian partners across sectors (corporate, public, and non-profit).
- Support global initiatives while ensuring local adaptation to Canadian market conditions, funding models, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing, interpreting operations, and the Canadian GM to deliver seamless execution.
- Report market insights and partner feedback to the Global Head of Access & Partnerships to inform global direction.
