Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Oversee the administration, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services.
- Community Engagement: Engage with community partners, funders, and government entities to ensure effective partnerships and collaboration.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of program staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure smooth program operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum three years of experience in a full-time supervisory or managerial role.
- A relevant post-secondary education combined with hands-on experience in program management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and support staff, volunteers, and interns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with a strategic mindset that embraces systems thinking.
- Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
