Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Oversee the administration, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of program staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum three years of experience in a full-time supervisory or managerial role.
  • A relevant post-secondary education combined with hands-on experience in program management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and support staff, volunteers, and interns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a strategic mindset that embraces systems thinking.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
