SQL Developer for Non-Profit Sector

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SQL developer to join our Data Execution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex databases to support fundraising campaigns, as well as manipulating data from various sources.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex databases to support fundraising campaigns
- Manipulate data from various sources, including SQL, CSV, TXT, Excel, and more
- Perform data segmentation based on client specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Cleanup client lists using deduping and merge/purge techniques
- Develop custom programming solutions to prepare clean data for mail and email campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in database programming (SQL Server / T-SQL preferred)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
