The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented French Speaking Paralegal or Law Clerk to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting lawyers and clients in the exciting world of charity and non-profit law, helping organizations get registered, stay compliant, and keep doing their important work.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You

Have a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma or relevant experience in a law firm or legal services environment
Are comfortable with at least 3 years experience preparing and reviewing legal documents (incorporations, registrations, compliance filings, etc.)
Have strong research and organizational skills (you enjoy keeping things on track and on time)
Can communicate clearly and professionally in French with clients and colleagues
Care about doing meaningful work that supports positive community impact
Bring accuracy, professionalism, and maybe even a touch of humour to your day-to-day tasks
Preferably live or licensed in Quebec
