The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented French Speaking Paralegal or Law Clerk to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting lawyers and clients in the exciting world of charity and non-profit law, helping organizations get registered, stay compliant, and keep doing their important work.

You’d Be a Great Fit If You

• Have a Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma or relevant experience in a law firm or legal services environment
• Are comfortable with at least 3 years experience preparing and reviewing legal documents (incorporations, registrations, compliance filings, etc.)
• Have strong research and organizational skills (you enjoy keeping things on track and on time)
• Can communicate clearly and professionally in French with clients and colleagues
• Care about doing meaningful work that supports positive community impact
• Bring accuracy, professionalism, and maybe even a touch of humour to your day-to-day tasks
• Preferably live or licensed in Quebec

Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
