Strategic Fundraising and Executive Support Lead

Aura Freedom International is an intersectional feminist organization dedicated to ending men's violence against women and children and human trafficking. We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Fundraising and Executive Support Lead to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned fundraiser and executive assistant to combine their skills and expertise in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will play a critical part in supporting the Executive Team and driving the organization's fundraising efforts.

About the Role:

The Strategic Fundraising and Executive Support Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with Aura Freedom International's mission and goals. This will involve researching and identifying grant opportunities, writing and submitting compelling grant proposals, and tracking grant deadlines.

In addition to fundraising responsibilities, the successful candidate will also provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. They will also assist with project management, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task completion.
