About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and community leaders.
• Represent CASC/ACSS at conferences, events, and meetings.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure organizational alignment and strategy.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the charitable sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong governance knowledge and understanding of non-profit operations.
